  • Cap on Liability: AI SEO Central's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI SEO Central for the services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100.00), whichever is greater.
  • Jurisdictional Limits: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

5. Termination

  • By AI SEO Central: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation any breach of these Terms.
  • By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using available account settings.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
